The Ingredients
Beets (2-3):
Bay Leaf (1-2):
Garlic (2-3 cloves):
Apple Cider Vinegar (1 cup):
Water (3 cups):
The Process
Slice or chop beets into preferred serving size
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to boil, and keep it boiling until the beets are soft enough to easily jab with a knife or fork (approximately 5-10 minutes depending on thickness)
Scoop out beets and place them into a glass jar and then cover with the cooking liquid
They can be served now or cooled and kept in fridge for a few weeks
