Dads Who Give a Damn is an inclusive space for fathers who care about their families, their community, and the kind of men they’re becoming. It's a place to connect, be real, and remind each other of what matters most. We believe strength comes through brotherhood, not bravado. This group exists to encourage, not impress. To help one another endure, not escape. And to build something lasting, together.
THE MEET-UPS
We are starting with one meetup a month, rotating between South, Central, and North Orange County. No agenda beyond showing up and being real with each other. As the group grows, we will add more meetups with deeper themes and clearer purpose. The goal is simple: build something consistent, solid, and useful for the men who are in it.
Meet Kenneth Gallarzo
Founder of "Dads Who Give A Damn"
Dads Who Give A Damn was founded by Kenneth Gallarzo, who spent years building community through movement and discipline, earning respect for his drive and leadership. But when he became a father, the way he measured impact began to shift. What once centered on performance and outward recognition gave way to presence, clarity, and the kind of leadership that begins at home. The pace did not slow, but the priorities changed. His focus turned from expanding his reach to deepening his roots, from being everywhere to being grounded where it matters most- his wife and daughter. This community is an extension of that shift, built for men who are ready to grow with intention, not just momentum.
