INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup milk of choice
1/3 cup maple syrup or sweetener of choice
3-4 tablespoon applesauce or oil of choice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup oatmeal, ground
1/4 teaspoon mineral salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° and grease pan
Whisk together all dry ingredients until evenly combined
Stir in all wet ingredients, except for Blueberries
Add batter to muffin/donut pans then add in a few blueberries to each one!
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges start to brown
Leave them to sit in the pan to cool for a few minutes before removing to prevent them from breaking.... then get impatient, pop a few out and demolish while the others continue to cool.
