Preparing for your appt

Please arrive free of makeup and/or hair products to your treatment appointment. Some treatments require after-care protocol and limitations within the first 1-2 hours after the session. If you would like to know these beforehand, email me (gallarzojenna@gmail.com), or call me at 714-987-2930. 

Late policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. After 15 minutes we will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are running late, please send a courtesy message and if possible, I will still provide the service book, however, the end time will remain the same.

Cancellation policy

Every appointment is important and time has been reserved specifically for you so I can best accommodate each service I have scheduled. If you need to reschedule, simply email me (gallarzojenna@gmail.com), or call me at 714-987-2930 with at least 48 hours notice, and I will be more than happy to help find a new date and time for you to come in. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the reserved services the first time, 50% the second occurrence, and 100% of the service charge if it happens a third time and onward. No call-No show will result in 100% charge in order to schedule a future appointment with me.
