Service Description
Stretch Therapy is a guided experience performed with the help of a trained professional. The practitioner will use their body and verbal cues to help you stretch your muscles further and more deeply than you could on your own. Assisted stretch therapy sessions can benefit a wide array of issues within the body, such as: - muscle tension - joint stiffness - limited range of motion - aches and pains - poor circulation - slowed recovery times - lessen likelihood for athletic or movement-related injury WHAT TO EXPECT: - Detailed initial assessment to determine your health history, wellness goals, and range of motion - Detailed initial assessment to determine your health history, wellness goals, and range of motion - Passive stretching where you will be manually moved into various assisted stretches by the practitioner - Active stretching where you will be verbally guided through performing stretches on your own - Myofascial release techniques/methods - Stay more accountable for your goals with guaranteed support to stay on track

Preparing for your appt
Please arrive free of makeup and/or hair products to your treatment appointment. Some treatments require after-care protocol and limitations within the first 1-2 hours after the session. If you would like to know these beforehand, email me (gallarzojenna@gmail.com), or call me at 714-987-2930.

Late policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. After 15 minutes we will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are running late, please send a courtesy message and if possible, I will still provide the service book, however, the end time will remain the same.​
Cancellation policy
Every appointment is important and time has been reserved specifically for you so I can best accommodate each service I have scheduled. If you need to reschedule, simply email me (gallarzojenna@gmail.com), or call me at 714-987-2930 with at least 48 hours notice, and I will be more than happy to help find a new date and time for you to come in. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the reserved services the first time, 50% the second occurrence, and 100% of the service charge if it happens a third time and onward. No call-No show will result in 100% charge in order to schedule a future appointment with me.
